  8. Not sure how the additional entries work, but at any rate I have done them all.
I am glad that I went to Green Pasture’s cite to read something for this entry. I decided to look under “General Health topics” and almost didn’t read the list of the 10 Most Unhealthy Foods Marketed to Kids because at first I figured it was the same info. I have heard before. So glad I read it. I admit I am still learning and while I was aware those foods are “bad” for you, I had no idea they actually destroyed brain cells.
Thank you so much for educating me in such a valuable way!

  9. I signed up for the MRH newsletter. I’ve been wanting to try them for awhile, having heard good things from so many people. Their shipping rates are so high, though, that I always chicken out before placing an order. If I win, I’m excited to try their teas, and hopefully, that will motivate me to order from them regularly.

  12. I visited the Green Pastures blog. I had been taking the fermented cod liver/high vitamin butter oil blend (the emulsified version) until I got pregnant, at which point I realized I could NOT force myself to swallow it anymore. Constant nausea and thick, smelly, fish oil gel do not get along. So, I ordered several bottles of the fermented cod liver oil capsules during the back-to-school sale, which are a lifesaver! I have been worried about the fact that the capsules do not contain the butter oil, so I’m excited to see that the website says they will have the high vitamin butter oil back in stock for sale on its own in September! In the meantime, I’m just trying to remember to eat some grassfed butter around the time I take my pills in the morning.

  30. It’s not very clear if we’re supposed to tell you in comments that we “like” them on FB (I do) etc. I also get their newsletter. Can you be more clear on if we are supposed to leave a comment on each? Rafflecopter might also be a good way to get around the confusion. Thank you.

But regardless you are doing a very nice job. I look forward to seeing MNP flesh out more. 🙂

  80. I visited the Green Pastures blog and read a bit about coconut ghee… I thought that was really interesting that they made and sold coconut ghee (which is made from coconut oil and ghee). I was trying to find info on the butter they sell and if it’s safe for people with lactose intolerance. Both I and my youngest son are lactose intolerant, so I’ve wondered if taking the fclo with butter would be ok to do. I didn’t find that info yet, but I read the part about the coconut ghee and am interested in that, too!

We have some gluten sensitivity in our family and I had never thought about this overlapping with a fish oil supplement. I will definitely be careful a out brands and ingredient list to try to prevent an adverse reaction. Great informative blog! Thanks!
